Evo V GSR Stroker...whats it worth?

My mate is selling a V which has had a stroker build by a renowned builder.
Here is a rough spec.

2.3 Stroker Engine (8 block)
All head work has literally just been done..
272 Cams
GT35 Turbo
Racetech Manifold brand new
JE Pistons
Manley rods
Crank Im not sure but possibly 4g64
EXEDY triple plate clutch
Reconditioned diff
Apexi FC ECU
Intercooler kit of some sort...not sure which yet..

It just needs a crank seal and a cambelt and he said it will turn straight over...

Its running about 600bhp and he run it on a daily at around 500bhp because it scared him lol :wtf:
It has covered 6000 miles since the build but the head work has just been done as he was getting valve float before

Just wondering what its worth because I was gna do a stroker build but i might buy this, put my 8 engine into the V and sell it and then the stroker into my 8

Any advice appreciated

Anyone? Forgot to put the head has just been ported, polished , new springs etc

So it's a non runner!

Yes but I know him well and the only reason it's a non runner is because he was suffering with valve float so he had the head sent off and re done, so head back on, new Cambelt and crank seal and it perfect , I know the car so there's no problem with that
It has been sat for 6 months and it has no mot and tax
So what do you think it's worth?
I was gna buy it, put the 2.3 into my 8
The 8 engine into the 5
Then sell the 5

It's got to be worth 7k in bits hasn't it? Plus all the labour he has spent out on?
