evo test drive car time bury

just test drove an evo x sst for sale at cartime bury, its blue o8 and modified.
just after advise as when i accelerated the revs were going up but the car felt sluggy and didnt really move. i think the clutch is maybe on its way out but maybe something else any ideas ???

Sounds very clutch related to me.

If the owner doesn't know the clutch is goosed then I guess he won't have taken much care of the car!

When I bought my 5, the guy put a new clutch in for me! Was a private sale too.
