evo scan

hi i have got my evo scan and cable it is all in my laptop it is evo scan 2.8 and es13d cable the drivers are in place and i have pluged it in and wen i try to get in. it comes back and ses car ecu not responding and i have tried car ecu/ayc/ecu both the same reply any body got a clue all my other car programs work brill:hm::blush:thanks

what cable is it? limitless 1.3 or openport 1.3? things to check would be that the cable driver is installed (install ecuflash for them) the baud is set correct and the mut protocol is selected, posting a screen shot would really help

screen shot wen it is on car / it is open port 1.3 i tried it for first time yesterday thanks/i think the bouad sets it self i mite be wrong thouh

have you put it in diagnostic mode? bridging pins 1&4

have you installed the drivers? also a screen shot of when on the car would be better, whats the baud set at?

i have only put it on the car once i am going to try this week but i have so much work to do i have to spy my chance wen i can conect it up i will try to get some screen shots soon:hm:
