Yea I have as well mate. Trouble is its an itch that still needs scratching but someone once told me they are exactly the same to drive as an old seirra and I've driven enough plain seirra's and they were complete shite so for that reason now I've driven evos I don't want the escort cos to disappoint me

ive had a sierra cosworth an whoever told u that is a numpty i thought the sierra drove brilliant and still do,id drive one mate before u make any judgments

i drove a escort cosworth earlier tonite and it drove nice just that the car itself was shabby shit paint job wheels wrecked interior worn an ripped etc

I have had the pleasure to experience both the sap cossie and the escort cossie and none compare to an evo!!!

They are cracking looking cars and were every teenage boy's idol car in the 90's but they just don't do it for me i'm afraid.

If u do go for one though i would personally go for the second generation homologation special, with the garret t25 turbocharger it reduced turbo lag and was more suited for everyday driving.
You can tell if it's a 2nd geny coz they were produced later on in 1994

Big turbo would be better for more power though
