Are they the same size and fitment across all evos?

Thanks so i would be looking at a 4,5 or 6 then.How many litres do they hold

Just gathering some info at the minute im thinking of running my volvo s40 t4 on 4wd using the evo running gear

By looking at pictures it looks like its the evo4 that looks very similar in shape to the s40.I no the rear lights are different but the rest looks doable.I have a few pictures from other projects with some running gear bolted up from the evo.Its all research at the minute Right now ive got the evo 7 polybush gearbox craddle mounts on and its made a difference but now i have more noise in the cabin which i dont mind lol.There is a bloke i no who is currently converting his volvo v40 using the full evo engine and running gear including looms.Here is a picture of the red s40 its not mine but just so you get the idea and also a pic of an s40 with rear evo subframe set up from another forum

1 inside the tank

Just wondered thats all you having the tank going round the propshaft i thought the fuel would struggle to get from one side into the other and down the fuel lines

Its done by a venturi valve built into the pump in the tank, its a very primitive but effective design.
