there suppoded to block the reseptors in your brain from you wanting a fag hence the weird dreams

It may be better to stop the smoking altogether now that you are on the tablets full time as they have been know to cause palpitations when smoking.

I tried them for around a week as a family member who is a Pharmaceutical Rep threw me a couple of packs.

They did work but I am more of a Social Smoker which means that I give in to peer pressure quite easily.

I gave it up when I mentioned it a few weeks ago for a weekbut caved in after a night out so upto the doctors for a bit of help which brings me to hereAs for smoking while on the tabs El it says on the instructions to carry on smoking and then stop between day 8 and day 12 which I thought was a bit harsh giving me another week on the fags when I was geared up to give it up from day 1:whistling::angel:

Good luck with it Nick. I found it best to avoid the situations where I would normally smoke, unfortunately, one of them was drinking, so didn't drink for a few weeks either.

I went cold turkey. I was visiting my girlfriends family in Ecuador for 2 weeks and didn't touch one while I was there, so I used it as my starting point

Thing is Matt my day is geared around fagsI drive artics for a living and smoke while driving even though it is against the law and also gross misconduct with work so sackableThing is a smoker is a smoker and will not care about anything until he or she has the next fix:hm:But I sure as hell gonna give it a go I'm skintso it's either the fags or the evo modding has to stop:whistling:I know which I want to win but will I be strong enough that is the questionHeres hoping hey:angel:

Certainly won't be easy mate, especially like you say if you smoked while working.

Keep at it though. I know a few guys who have stopped and they all say it is the best thing they have done.
