Hi guys im Jake,

I live in bournemouth and am now a very proud owner of a TME evo vi, its been modified to stage 1 and is putting down roughly 320 at the wheels and I absolutely love it.

Admittedly before I put my stamp on it ill be doing the essentials, cambelt, balance belt, full service ect...

Out of interest dose anyone recognise it or know any of its previous owners???

Welcome to EO

At least you're being sensible by getting the right parts changed first
Its nice to see a newbie post without saying how do I get 1000bhp

Looks a lovely car dude

Cheers for the replies guys, I have to admit the TME VI is my personal favorite although I do admire the VIII, IX and X

Are there any member located in the south, Dorset Hampshire?

I think we'll all have to agree to disagree, never the less each and every one is a fantasic bit of engineering, I still love the evo 3! I think it had the most agility out of all of them!

Thats it, each to there own,

To be honest, if I had the money id have one from each of the chassis ranges!!! But in the real world I was lucky to get the TME,

Had a budget of 6k and didnt have to strech to far over it to get this one, although there wasnt any service history or cambelt history, just receipts for aftermarket parts and the last two MOTs

Hence why the cambelt and full service is top of my priorities, oh and the tappets!
