Hey guys, Ive only just signed up on this forum....Well friday to be exact, I put my first thread in the newbie section.

If you havent seen my thread it states that Im after either an Evo 5 o 6 !
Im well gutted to find that when I got quotes off confused.........most wont even give quotes and some came out at over 6 grand for a slightly modded Evo
I tried again and tapped in that the vehicle had zero mods and the quotes have come down in price but still at like 1600 quid....I only pay 580 on my Civic Type R and Ideally dont wanna pay over a garnd for my insurance on an Evo ! Does anybody know where I will get a good quote on an Evo.
Im 28 with 5 yrs no claims, 6 points and live in a respectable area and Ive stated I will park the car in the garage etc etc.

Suggestions would be great...Is there anyone with simular prdicament as me and have found a really good insurance ompany ?

Cheers Steve ;)

Its the 6 points which will be killing you.
But good ones ive found tend to be Tesco and Liverpool Victoria.
Alan recommended a good one too but I cant find it at the mo...

Or make it a rally car, get a licence and get comparitivly cheap insurance.

I was an access equipment engineer, it involved installing and repairing/servicing cradles on top of buildings.............cradles are the things window cleaners/workmen use to get access to high levels on the outside of buildings....We worked on the cradles themselves and and the trolleys/rails on the roofs of the buildings !
