My Evo I after a quick wash today in the freezing cold, but you got to look after them
I'm looking to wrap the roof in carbon, anyone know a good place in Kent that can recommend?

i havnt been to any for a while no but will start going to them again soon.

Yeah did had a look on the DVLA website for the E1 EVO plate, unfortunately it's not cheap

Yeah that will be the Evo 2 with the lower part on the spoiler, but I would like to have the E3 spoiler instead, if I can find one

I agree the 3 spoiler looks much better.
Have you checked your roof yet for rust trying to come through? A very common thing on the 1,2,3 ,if I remember right it's the glue on the strength bars reacts and rots the roof inside out.A friend has had this problem on 3 of his.

Yeah there is rust came through the roof and the previous owner had done some work but not really that great. So I'm looking to rub the roof down and carbon wrap it.

I'd probably do something similar as it won't stop,it's just one of the joys I'm afraid..but when your driving you can't see it

that guy has sold a few early evos. reasonable bloke. i was intrested in the car, but i didnt know it was for sale. pics dont do these cars justice they look alot better in the flesh. I have seen it in the flesh. as for the roof rust unfortunately, the early evos suffer with them. theres a company called ep racing which make a carbon fibre roof for the early evos however there not cheap. you should become a member on Evo123.net - The early Lancer Evo and DSM source - Powered by vBulletin. alot of useful info on there. good luck with tha car.
