Should do about 430-440 on a forged motor mate. Speak to Ross, he's probably tested it to death.

No point changing a 8mr turbo for a 80 series, extra lag for potentially little bhp gain.

£500+ for the turbo is the going rate. you will need a hks 9 j pipe which are pretty rare so a pain to get hold of.. Plus then the fitting kit, water and oil return are slightly different.

Save your money for something else

Billy with the humping ho ho ho iv'e had mate go for a brand new 80 series! I know in the safe regions you can get safely 420/430 with cam's etc! That is what my VI is having now!

If your going to forge skip the 80 series and buy a proper turbo
