Evo 9 - Button under handbrake??

Sorry guys bit of a dumb question, but as I'm new to evo's what is the button under the hand brake saying manual / auto?

Is it something to do with inter cooler spray? Where does the fluid come from?

But random, I know, but a little assistance is appreciated

Water spray sounds the more logical one though!

as stated already its the intercooler water sprayed, the tank is the one behind you passenger headlight next to the airfilter, big white lid with the same picture on it aas the button under the handbrake.

It was but had them taken off, jusr fast and faster now..lol

So i take it with the switch if you press and hold the 'manual' side of it down it spray the water for as long as you press it?

Surely the 'auto' function is the easiest option here?

The auto setting is easier and can be setup for different situations
