Does The Evo 9 Bumper Fit On To An Evo 7 Or Are Other Part Required, To Make It Fit Thank

Yes it defo fits don't think you need any bits just be careful when taking the old one off not to break any clips etc

Not sure but i think you have to change the headlights as it doesn't look right and if you change the lights you have to change the bonnet!

all 7/8/9 bumpers front and rear are the same when it comes to fitment. You do need the number plate light bracket to go with a IX rear.
Headlamps are all the same fitment wise.
But if you wanna fit a 8/9 front bumper to a 7 then you'll need a /8/9 bonnet as well
