Evo 8 reverse gear ...H E L P .PLEASE

HI MY NAME IS JANET AND I OWN A EVO 8 GSR STANDARD ENGINE 2006 REG ONE OF THE LAST
YESTERDAY MY REVERSE GEAR POPPED OUT A COUPLE OF TIMES WHEN I WAS REVERSING, TODAY IT GRINDS INTO REVERSE AND POPS OUT AS SOON AS I LEAVE GO , I HAVE TO USE BOTH HANDS NOW TO TRY AND HOLD IT IN REVERSE AND IT SOUND S AWEFULL , COULD THIS BE REVERSE GEAR GONE KAPPUT, AND IF SO ANY IDEAS ON A SPECIALIST NR BURY LANCS FOR FIXING

i would recommend using steve from eightspeed he is in darwen near blackburn so not too far, tell him evogeof sent you

Thanx He serviced my car a month after i got it ,i had the full monty inc belts etc and its run so nice , just hoping he could look at it and give me some ideas as it drives ok in 1-5 , im only 20 mins drive away so i should get there without having to use my reverse lol, ive emailed him direct through his web address but il mention you
