Hi guys wondering if any one can tell me what sort of power an evo 8 stock internals can reliably run at.

400 safely With no worries, 420 on the limit

The extra 20 will make sod all difference to the speed as well.

400/400 plenty fast enough

Some people have been known to run 450bhp on stock internals with no problems...

I wouldn't run anything over 400/400 mate to be on the safe side.

Yer had a good idea just of browsing google but thought I'd ask you guys just to make sure thanks for replays

If you have an MR then 400 is about the most you can expect with a stage 1 + remap anyway. If you wanted any more than that you're spending a lot more money.
