evo 8 lash adjuster noise

Hello people, just put new lash adjusters in...how long should it take for them to fill up properly? I thought it would be seconds like, but its still making a noise like there not filled up. Iv took the rocker cover off again and if the cam lobe is not pressing on it you can still press them down, one of them has gone hard like the ones i took out (obviously full of oil)

You should have primed them before fitting them, compress in oil and leave overnight

I was told they needed bleeding before fitting....they were pre oiled?? Can i get them back out without removing the cams or belt? So should they be solid when putting them in?
