Here is a 9 one which is the same size as a 7/8 and many people run 400 bhp

Good upgrade for early cars

They've been seen results around 450 on standard intercoolers, but to be honest, anything over that and you should be putting it on your priority list.

Yea and if running 400/ and going to be doing track work with it then I'd be looking to upgrade to a AMS/APS cooler etc

or the Spec-R one, superb recovery rate, great throttle response and able to cope with upto 1200 hp depending on what spec you order.
