I have a french blue evo 7 import, was told it was the 330 version and an rs2, anyway, its currently running 381.3 bhp and 342 lbft torque. mods are - HKS Super drager exhaust with decat and frontpipe, HKS mushroom filter, welbro fuel pump and a remap. just wondered whats else i could do for a bit of extra power/torque without forging the engine. thinking along the lines of tubular manifold and maybe inlet. also just bought a greddy intercooler that i was thinking of using, would this be needed on my spec? regards James

Sounds about right, don't go chasing numbers it will end in a bad way.

to safely make any more power you've got to really be going the forged way I'm afraid. What boost are you running?

I don't wanna be chasing numbers cause I don't wanna spend loads of money and have lots of hassle, just maybe up the torque to around 350 would be nice, don't wanna have to start doing rebuilds, cheers

It peaks at 24psi, dunno what it holds cause I have a stupid stepper motor gauge, on the rollers graphs it reads safe air/fuel all the way through the revs

you've about about the recommended boost then for the 7 maybe you could go a little more, also if using a 3port, you maybe able to get it to bring the boost in earlier to give you a little more power.

I won't push it too much then, maybe look into forging the bottom end and a few other bits to aim for around 500 in the winter. Tbh it drives nice how it is but wouldn't mind a little extra but nothing more than 500 on the road.
