Hi ya. I don't no much about Evo . I've seen an Evo 7. What should I look out for and what make this one a limited one and how can I tell if it is a limited ed or just a normal one and this is an import so are import better or uk specand it is worth 6500, hear the link of the add thank. Hmmm dont know an awful lot about the 7s... but can tell you this... there were i think 200 fq300 made not 100. also you say an import? wernt the "FQ" only UK spec? im sure someone on here can give you the def answers. :wtf: but the advert isnt very good and sounds like a novice tbh. and has no idea. If your looking to buy an evo just make sure all the history is in place regular services etc etc, even down to maybe contacting the previous owner just for piece of mind.

iv done a plate check and the only thing that come up is the make but no model, so usealy when that happen they tend to be import car as the dval only has the info that you provide them when you import a car.

When evo's into the country they got registered wrong like with the evo's Fq 340 was done as Fq 320's etc.. So don't worry about that

It's common for these cars to be sold as "limited edition", but they're not. The FQ models are given a random number under 1000 when they're converted to sell in the UK.

Just your general look over as you do with any car. But they need more services as very sensitive on fluids so every 4.5k or there abouts make sure she has the history to back it up. remember if looking for one around the 50-60k miles see if the clutch has been done. also make sure once running you havnt got the 3 lite lights on the dash "if a 7,8 or 9 model". you will be able to tell when driving and walking round it if its been looked after. Best of luck searching fella
