Evo 7 gearbox

Hi Guys, Just after some advice, I am new to the evo scene as I have driven a corsa for the last 6 yrs! Is it normal for the gears to be a little stiff to engage? If I dump the clutch and change gear a little slower they are very smooth, however if Im driving with purpose lets say! then sometimes third will feel a bit stiff? Any advice is welcome as it is all new to me!!! Many, many Thanks!

Best bet is to change the oil in the box, it shouldnt be stiff
