evo 6 engine oil?

hi my e6 is due an oil change i was just wondering which oil to use as ive only had the car a couple of months and not done a change yet.cars running just shy of 400hp and 2 bar boost and has a little bit of the lash adjuster tap :hm:

No no mate lol 9 mr 360 it only peaks 2 bar then holds about 1.7,any ideas on the best oil dude?
