Evo 6 buyer looking for help

[Cris]

Hi all, hope this is allowed just looking for help/advise. Been looking for an evo 6 for a little while now and I’ve seen this one for sale. I’ve done my due diligiance (cars had recent work done at raw motorsport if anyone’s knows about them?) but just wondering if there’s things to look out for while going to view in person or if anyone knows the car personally/any thoughts on it from the ad.
Its the first car on autotrader, black evo6 for £22k. Also if anyone is selling up I’m after something similar.

Any help is appreciated.
Cheers

I have a treasured example I'm thinking of selling ..very low mileage, like new to be honest 2 keys full mitsubishi service history but it's abit more than 22k
