evo 5 wheels / tire sizes ????

hi all i have a evo 4 with brembos on and evo 5 wheels...
wheels at the mo have 225 45 17 tires on and catch rear arch a bit.:hm:
whats the best size to fit to stop this . im putting yokos on

215 40 17 or 205 40 17 ????

my mate had 215/45/17 on evo 8 wheels on his rather low evo 4, arches had to be rolled

evo 5 wheels arnt as wide so id say 215/45 will do you. depends how close your tyres are now i suppose ????

Drop down to 215/40/17 should be fine.

Carnt find yokos in 45 s only in 40 . So might try 215 40 17

10mm difference. 205=205mm, 215=215mm so on...

205/45ZR17

205 = Width of the tyre in mm
45 = sidewall height as a percentage of the width (45% of 205mm)
ZR = Speed Rating of the tyre (ranges from N-Y...N being 87MPH -Y being 186MPH)

17 - Wheel size (internal diameter of the tyre)
