Evo 5 no choke

Can anyone one tell me what parts
Control the choke as mine has disappeared.

It's all ECU controlled vehicles don't have a "choke" like the olden days it's all done via reading the temp sensor and the ecu altering the fueling and ignition.

I would look at a possible issue with the temp sensor

Still no choke I have so far changed
Idcv
Thermostat
Engine management temp sensor

And still no cold start I dont drive due to obvious fueling issues, that will be going on with fault anyone know best next step.

May be an idea to get it plugged in to see if anything shows up on diagnostics

Can anyone help with this I have change whole throttle body and sensors still have no choke
Stepper motor steps also only come down to 18 set value is 16.
On cold start no high idle have to hold throttle then as warms up sots steady with no running issues at 850rpm
Help please
