Evo 5 lights staying on

ive just recently removed and refitted my dash loom on my Evo 5 due to it having some major wiring problems, its a long story... but anyway! My problem is now when i connect the battery i have all my lights on ( rear, dipped and fog) and they dont turn off. I'm no wiring expert so please if anyone can shed some light on this i would really appreciate it
