Just to be clear, is this the Mirage conversion you mentioned in your other post?
You seem set on buying it already, I think you would know best what it's worth and if it's any good in that case.

Is a conversion really worth that much down there? There must be a build thread or pictures somewhere for you to see if it was done right. What parts are still Mirage?
I'm guessing you're on evolutionm.net as well? You'll probably find more conversion help on there too.

are you for real man? you've built 5 different mirage conversions? The gold one is apparently a show car for the vis body kit everyone steals the picture for? And you've never worked on drive train before. OK?
Why not just keep your random threads to the mirageforums where the actual builder of the white conversion is and can answer all your questions.
You're quite confusing and I usually keep out of this BS but I always dig around when someone proposes to me!:wub:

Ya that gold one is my old one. No drivetrain experience. Found out recently its a conversion the seller was trying to sell it as a jdm evo. And their isnt much info on the mirage forums in this department. Sorry to blow this forum up with questions but i figured you all know best. No need to hate... Oh and i tried to reach out to the builder but he isnt on that forum much anymore. He sold the car to the current owner im going to look at it today so wish me luck.

Get it! All the probs can be sorted and over in Cali I don't think you will have much of a prob with rust I envy you for that and dread the day mine starts to show signs

Got her home after a 1200kilometer trip driving straight. So tired right now.... Ill post pics up once she is washed up. Ya no rust since we have undercoating here which was a plus side to the conversion. She ran like a freaking champ! What a trooper ha she was determined as i was to make it home. Anyway i would just like to thank you all again so much for putting up with all my threads and for all your help! You guys were a part in making this happen. Something i have been waiting 13 years for!
