Evo 5 front spot/driving lamps

It's bound to be a silly question but how do you get the lower spotlights out on an evo 5. Are they sealed units or can you replace the bulb?
I couldn't see an obvious way of getting them out!

You have to remove the bumper to get to the screw at the bottom of them. Right nightmare of a job.
