As above I've changed the injectors and ECU from my Evo 4 to the 560 injectors and a 5 ECU and I now can't start the car! I believe it's the immobiliser as its different ECUs so how can I overcome this?

Response ASAP appreciated as I'm waiting to use the car!!

Thanks, Scott

huh??? no way mate

have you connected the ground straps that were on the bracket holding the old ecu in?

or pressed lock/unlock on your keyfob?

the 8 260 was the first to get a immobilizer (in some countries)

Sorted! Like an absolute tool I unclipped a loom of wires in front of the ecu to give me some room and I had forgotten to plug them back in!

Massive school boy error! Thanks for the advice guys

Haha true! I don't mind admitting when I'm wrong!

Seeing Simon in the next couple of weeks for a remap just got to wait to get a genuine Walbro fuel pump and not that fake shite I got sent! Can't wait for that extra power!

Remember you have to add a Pin ( 72??)to the ecu harness side,or Simon prolly will Do it for you

You have to Do a search, If you cant find it im sure someone will Know off the bat.

i could crawl under My glivebox and Look If all Else fails
