Hi Guys,
The above was whinning on my car about 2 months ago - I changed the oil in both difs (Well Mitsubishi did) and they said it was my front one that was whinning and still is after the oil change.
I noticed that it was a lot quieter straight away when i drove it away, but it could still be heard a bit.
Now I've only just noticed in the last few days, that I can't hear it at all anymore - Any idea's why it has stopped - Would it be anything to do with the cold weather??

I'm not complaining, just wanna understand what’s going on, plus I bought a re built front dif, which hasn't been fitted yet.
