Evo 4 diff problem :(

Hi guys , Had my evo 4 for about a year now, been through 3 diffs (dont drive it hard ).
The problem is it makes a noise going from left to right or when going around a corner when the car is on load. with replacing the diff 3 times i had hope to had fixed it the last time we replaced it the diff was going well for about 2 thousand kms then it started making a noise , seemed to get worse as time went on. Now we just recently replaced it again and one day later it just starts making the noise again seems to be worst when the car has been on a long drive and predominately when going left to right. each time it has been bled and filled as outlined in other posts. Ayc light is not on so im guessing it is not the pump.

Also replaced left side bearing , camber arms (hoping that this was the problem)

Please help it has cost me an arm and a leg just want to fix the stupid thing

Have you replaced the ayc fluid lately?

Is it a high pitched "donkey" type noise??

Maybe a silly question but i assume you are putting the right oil in the right places? Diff oil in the side fill plug and ayc in the one on the rear?

Sounds like the normal donkey noises. This can be cured by changing the Ayc fluid is the rear diff. Not the pump fluid but the Ayc fluid which in the part of the diff which houses the clutch packs.
The fill bung is the one which you can only just get your fingers to. Up round the back of the diff.

yip we filled the right holes with the right amount of oil , bled it and it still made the donkey noise .... this is why I am so confused. This was about a month ago (when we put the new diff in ).
