evo 1 boost actuator 1.2 on 0.8 :( HELP!!

i bought this item from Japan and it was delivered yesterday and i had it fitted. it said on description 1.2 bar actuator and when i boost my gauge only shows 0.8

has anyone else had this problem and know the solution

Does it have adjustment on it m8. What boost was you running before on your old actuator.

Tighten the actuator. Job done.

This is not adjustable but my old one was which i just found out naw.
And i was running 1bar boost on my old actuator

What make? If its not adjustable then it has to have an Uprated spring in it. Std actuators run around 0.7 bar boost so that might be what you have and the seller was unscrupulous (never heard of that happening before lol)

local mechanic, and no i have not contacted him, i have naw re installed my old adjustable actuator back on 1 bar.

sent that back and have got another one and got a bleed valve installed, and naw have blown my turbo so buying a new one this week lol

the problem is that 99% of all ebay users give positive feed back based on how shiney the recieved item is,and how quickly they got it...so no one actualy knows the quality(or lack of)
