erratic idle when warm

Have a problem with my 6 at the min i thought id ask for a second opinion we had floods over here in ireland a few weeks back and when driving through a large puddle my evo cut out anyway got my car home on a tow truck after cleaning out the pipework and compression testing the engine i knew it was now ok i finally got the car running but the second you gave it any revs she would die, i then decided to replace the maf and she then idled ok upto the moment it gets warm and then she will idle/hunt between 1900rpm and 1400rpm, ive since replaced the throttle body/IAC/tps sensor and cam sensor and all is well the car is not throwing a check light the car is drivable but only when idling or pulled up at the lights it looks like im sitting there reving the car over and over any thoughts?

got a simular issue with mine.
sometimes but not all the time when warm the revs fluctuate from 1100 to 300 not got to bottom if yet. changed icv tps and now throttle body and its nowhere near as fequent as it was. biggest and only difference was when i changed the tb

ive reset the ecu if thats what you mean mate

Have you checked your fuel remeber a 6 my friend had it somehow got water in the fuel and had the same symptoms as u describe

Idle control valve. They get sticky in some cars mine did in my old car after bein sat around for ages. When ur car warms up obviously parts expand with heat maybe its starting to stick. Give it a clean and pop it back in

Clean and check tb
Correct position for tps
Idle reset with evoscan
Idle reset with battery, no electrics then all electrics then take for a good drive to balance fuel trims

i've had the same problem simse i got mine and done everything everyone has said.
next step is to plug it into evoscan when my cable gets here and see if that shows anything, my money is now one crank sensor pick up dirty and giving a faulty reading but not bad enough for em light to come on. (any thoughts?)

Evoscan wont read faults on a 4,5 or 6

Have ya taken the ecu out, opened it and thoroughly dried it with a heat gun? Same thing happened to a 6 that I bought to sell on a few months ago and the problem started the day I got it detailed.
I went to el and after he swapped parts with good ones that were on the shelf an only got it running a little better, he turned to the ecu and done what I listed above. when he plugged it back in it was running sweet as a nut so he swapped the maf and other bits back over and told to me to get the inner arch shit guard sealed properly by a body shop.
ya tried everything else so give it a go pal and let us know what happens.
