I said I would put some updated photos up so here they are.....





My bonnet lifters I fitted today....and carbon bonnet dampers that were already there im not happy with damper bracket but that is one of my next jobs.




The lift is a little high but I like it :D

Looking good Jonny, but have to say not a fan of the red bolts or lifters though, I think it would look better with polished bolts rather than anodised, but hey what do I know:confused:

I'm still positive no one knows the real down sides to bonnet lifting.

Isn't it something to do with air not gettng to parts of the engine due to it escaping from the back of the bonnet

Almost there!

I was told by a BTCC engineer that it buggered up the airflow in the engine bay and was counter productive. I'm not entirely sure where it all came from, i just think it reminds me of nova's and boy racers.
