End of the road for E6 - Dreaded rot

After sleeping on it and reading some of your comments I'm going to get a mobile welder in to assess the damage and quote on the work. Maybe they can get me out of this hole!

I've found a few specialists, anyone recommend welder in the Oxfordshire/south area?

I have seen that white one and many more in this situation, that's why I jumped to conclusions I think. Regrettably I didn't do the research and found out what to look out for after buying the car.

I'll keep you posted how I get on.

good decision mate,

you've done the hardest part, stripping away everything and left good access to the areas needing done,
its should only take a day or 2 to complete the metal work by a good welder
then seal it, get the kit back on and go go go.....
