electrical question

hi, i'm new to all this just brought an evo 4 from a friend of mine its got a power drain coming from somewhere i've had the alternator and battery checked. but its not anything to do with these. was just wondering if anyone else had power drain problems.
i charged the battery put in in the car all works fine but buy the next morning flat as a pancake.

Disconnect the battery + put a multimeter on amps and check current drain I'd be looking for no more than .5 amp draw, then start pulling fuses to see if you can reduce the draw
