depends what car you are putting it in if its a 7 engine in a 456 mint if it a 6 ecu going into a 7 no

3 or 4 plug ecu ... as I'm sure the european 8 has a 3 plug but the us 8 has a 4 plug. May be similar with the 7 ecu.

In short you would need a 4 plug ecu for an easy swap regardless of engine

are the injectors from the 4 yellow ones if so use a 4 ecu

if the injectors are red use 5 or 6 ecu

but you need to get the afr checked anyway i would advise finding a good geek mapper near you and for usually a few beer tokens they will reflash your car and make it safe
