Ebc brakes

Hi..
What do you guys think of ebc red stuff front pads?
Would you guys recommend or say stay well away from them?
I've read some mixed reviews.....

I've had ebc on impreza and they were not very good so have not
Used them since! Strange cause the bike stuff is pretty good?
Got performance friction on front minted on back of my e6

Yea they are good but I wouldn't say excellent but then again am I expecting
To much out of the standard setup?

Carbotech XP8's are supposed to be awesome!

IV got ferodo DS2500's on mine (front rear ksports too). They've demolished the nurburgring and a handful of track days and are still perfect with LOADS of pad left.

Ran the same pad in the brembos with performance friction discs, were very very good, I only went to ksport because I changed the colour of my calipers on a trackday :twisted: red to burnt red lol.

I've got yellow stuff on all four corners and find them great for normal daily drive & spirited driving :whistling: little dust etc and cope well when hot

If your going to use the car on track, car tech xp8's or xp10's.

Fast road, ferodo DS2500's would be choice as they have better cold bit. Got them on the front of my car and they work very well.
