if there is no one organising in the west mids we could get our heads together and see if we could get an East v West thing goin on. i know a few very reputable rolling road places round this way that im sure would be happy have us.

Dont want to tread on anyones toes tho so ill leave it up to the group.

You won't be treading on any ones toes at all we are all friendly on here, and always looking for new events and meets to attend

UPDATE

So I have been in touch with the Clock Warehouse in Derby and they are happy for us to meet there and also give us the 20% discount too. We just need to work on a date? As for this being a regular meet, maybe we should see how the first one goes and then we can decide.

Of course we are ok with that we have a variety of car clubs use our function room as meeting spot, would this be a regular event or just a few dates? We should be able to offer you 20% offer for anyone dining with us from your club on the day. What date was you thinking as the manager is on holiday at the moment, so we'd need to make sure the dates are available for you. We would also need to know a general number of people attending so we can put it in our function room bookings book.

So just before I start a new thread for the meet, is this a place people would like to go any ideas on dates?

Why not try last sun of every month and we can make some type of cards up saying your car has been spotted join our club and meets etc. We can give them to non forum members or if we see any evos parked up we can put one on there windscreen that way we get more members and meets will get bigger.

I remember you said last Sun of every month - That makes it the 25th Sept!, although I will not be able to make that date It's my birthday so all hell will break loose hahaha

I am happy to do this date, will get in touch with them and see what they say.

The cruise is a meet that is based in Milton Keynes every Sunday, where cars bikes quads anything really come from all over to get together, it's policed so your cars are safe and theres a local mc d's where you can get something to eat and drink

Well I should be back on the road this week coming so anytime onwards, the Luton meet fell on its ass at least if its at mk cruise its a fallback

I know hes more into his......fords.....but he will be happy to accomodate us for the day. I need to let him know a rough idea on numbers and some dates.
