hi,can anyone help?ive recently had a new Forge dv fitted,it was working and sounding good but it has stopped working and im sure im slightly down on power as well,ive taken it off and re fitted it and everything is connected as it should be,any ideas?

Is there a screw in the end? Might have unscrewed and causing a leak

Mr Craig,i knew you would answer,lol,thankyou,have tried turning the screw a bit at a time but after it was fitted it wasn't touched and was working fine?

Well I aim to exceed expectation lol

I have noticed the screw in mine works it's way lose so I put some thread lock on it, like rob says the spring might have given up, if you bought it new maybe contact seller and have it replaced pal.

Sounds like you've developed a boost leak. You'll need to pressure test to be sure

thankyou everyone for your help,im getting a pressure test done on friday,hope i can get it sorted and its not tooooo expensive.

hi,just got home,the actuator had come loose,got that clipped back on and it runs properly again,just two very small leaks to sort.Would highly recommend the company to anyone as they def know Evos,heres the details if this helps anyone Dynotech Hayes Engineering,Dartford,Kent 01322 430897.

Glad you got it sorted mate.. Wouldn't of expected that to happen, someone been faffing with it recently? Good news that its all sorted

thanks,im relieved it was an easy fix,ive had a new clutch but that was a while ago now,its only held on by a little u shaped clip tho?one leak was from a small hose,not sure what its for tho and the second is on my air filter pipe there is a screw with a hole in the middle?i dont really know why as im crap when it comes to engine talk,ha ha.
