dump valve or wastegate

can i put a dump valve OR wastegate on my 5 and what are peoples opinions on each?

Your already have a waste gate built on the turbo mate, you can how ever get a bigger one or change the turbo and manifold and have an external waste gate fitted.
And any turbo cars you can fit a dump valve or bov sqv which perform better and sound better
