Your best of listening to expert johnny rather than ringing the full time detailer polishing booth
 LOL ...where did I say i was an expert
Thats what ive been told so thats what i do and works fine for me
Yea I have the waffle one myself and love it although the whole dragging idea only works on the bonnet and roof anyway.
Just wondering as the car is black and the waffle one isn't exactly soft so would the other one be better on the paint ?
The waffle one will absorb more water but what's the soft one like to wring out once it's full of water ?
the soft ones are great for exactly the reason you have said mate...nice on the paint and works well on sides of car etc, but ive found they do hold water WELL so ringing out is a bit of a mission as you have to keep doing it....or buy a huge one and do it one go LMAO
As I said above I use both...as I also find that if your just giving it a maintenance wash (not polishing, waxing etc) the soft microfibre towel will also help the shine,as the bulk of the water comes off with the waffle so IN MY CASE and IM NO EXPERT I use it as a bit of buffing towel (if you get me ) just make sure its clean so you dont mark/marr or scratch the paint .
I got my microfibre towels from a stall at JAE ...nice and cheap and there huge:awesome:
Like aps'y said join detailing world and look in the for sale section as alot of DIFFERENT detailing companies DO IT THERE OWN WAY and use diff products...they also do GREAT deals so you can save ya self a few bob !
