Just spent 15-20 min in the local bike shop trying to get front and rear pads for my motocross bike.

The guy behind the counter spent the whole time I was there looking in a book an trying to ring someone to find out which pads I needed!!

He had no clue what he was doin in the end I told him to leave it.

Last week I went to get oil and filter for my van In a different place, same story guy behind counter spent ten min on the computer, asked for my reg and in the end he gave me the filter which it "might" be!havent fitted it yet so I'm not sure if it is right.

2 basic parts and the 2 places were clueless it can't be that hard!

Talk about bad service I won't be going back to either unless I'm stuck!

I'm impatient at the best of times, today i was in a hurry wanted to go out on bike but wanted to change the pads first I didn't think I'd need to take them off first! I wanted front bearings too but I didn't even mention them to him I'll get them somewhere else.
