my o rings on my dipstick are screwed my dipstick will pull out with no effort at all i even think it bounces out so i just crimped the top slightly and problem solved, need a new dipstick and also the tube it site in as some how the bracket that holds it still has snapped so it flaps abbout a bit oh well its on the huge list but lower down lol

Dipstick o ring is a usual suspect, then a spring to hold it in

mine had slight resistance before rebuild. Now tight , may be top of tube was crimped. Running 1.8bar no problem before and after
