You done wanna be boosting untill you got the fuel in to match unless you wanna be counting the costs for a re-build :sad:

Best off fitting it gust before Russ maps it for you. You got a boost gauge fitted as well to keep an eye on things ??

ive been told ill hit boost cut at 1.2 but im hoping as its been re-mapped already that it will cope with more but 1.9 is abit much i rekon on pretty much standard engine

mods on mine are hks hardpipe green mushroom filter apexi i think

3" buddy club exhaust

thats about it i think

DONT rely on someone telling you its mapped mate as for all you know it could be mapped for any mods that you weren't told about !

If you know that it has been mapped and what mods its mapped to and what boost then go for it pal but I want it in writing it is entirely at your own cost and you may end up getting the lovely sound of a whistling turbo ............then a bang as a rod or any other engine internal makes a nice hole in your block or bonnet LOL :whistling::wtf:

Wait mate it will be worth it ! I am itching too got a fuel pump and a 3-port here and the cars at my spanner man now ! I was sooo tempted to get it fitted but on advice of Russ I am waiting till RR day to fit solenoid but fuel pump and con rod bolts being done NOW :razz::ninja:

Are you not fitting an uprated fuel pump Steve ?

Good call, no harm I'm swapping the pump but I wouldn't want to be fiddling with boost without having the fueling checked a the same time.

I even took my car straight to my tuner when I bought just to get the fueling checked so I knew it was safe to use.

Defo mate as I said above boost uprated no remap or fuel leads to one thing .......BANG...."Oh shat im sure that hole wasnt there before" LOL

Yeah me ad Steve went to japshow finale and he's either got the highest rev limiter in the world or non cause it will rev right round to 9k

Your still not sure what its been mapped to though ??? ie what mods etc .

Even if it was bought as "standard" no one is going to go the expenses of remapping back to standard when selling a car unless there a saint or have more money than sense :wtf:
