Was driving about 40-50mph and my car EVO 5 died it will turn over but not catching

Got home checked fuel pump and was not priming so thought it could be that
Then checked that there was power getting to it and thats fine

Removed spark plug to check for a spark and not a thing from that
So in to minds if it could be a crank angle sensor or immobiliser

Anyone had this issue before?

Can you read the evo 5 on a regular error code reader ?

What about the camshaft position sensor.
Mine has had a few mainly due to the full race tubular manifold giving out to much heat with no heat shield.
