Common problems evo x

Hi just joined this forum for info really in the market to purchase an evo x Fq 300 sst just wanted to if their is any common problems to look out for? Thanks

Only problem I'm aware of with the x is that they tend to sound like electric cars, bigger exhaust needed lol.

Welcome along pal, I think the x is relatively probl free if looked after

This is very true being an X owner myself!

The SST X's tend to have problems with the gearbox and have been known to be a costly replacement!

the fuel pump relay can go (so doesn't run at full power) so is worth checking you have the latest revision of it. as if the car is tuned can cause it to lean out
