Clunk sound when I shift..

Hey guys. here I'am with my questions..

When i shift hard. i Hear a clunk in the rear... Is the Diff mount Bushings that need to be replaced... found the powerflex bushings at ebay for a good price,, and free shipping to sweeeden.. weeiii...

my question Is.. Should I replace any other bushings at the same time when replacing the rear mount bushings..??

Have a look under at the rear sway bar parallel to the wheel check the bush on that, mine are on their way and there is some play

Took my Evo 5 to a local shop and they said the 2 sway bars underneath the car are really loose. Said it's because the bushings are spent.

Good place to buy them? And are their different qualities? I'd like the best!
Also, should I replace the sway bars too?
