clicking knocking

when i turn on full lock to the right i get a clicking knocking noise from the front offside and car seems to jump any ideas also is there supposed to be floating ends on the driveshafts between the gearbox and the transfer box they seem to move about 20mm

mmn not sure but it doesnt sound good mate, best get someone look at it before it gets worse
