without knowing what engine it is, its normally 0.03-0.05mm

im using acl race series bearings and they run a bit looser dont they? its just i plastigaged my bearings last night, some came in spec.... just... at 0.050 and some came in at 0.055 to 0.060. any opinions?

If there in spec there in spec, I can't imagine a bearing having a larger clearance, more like you have crank wear, but if it's in spec, no problem

its a brand new 4g64 stroker crank on oe factory specs and oe factory spec bearings clearances, which is why im a bit puzzled lol

Right I would go with what youve got IMO

im still abit worried by it tbh. somoene said check it with calipers and dial bore gauge aswell just to be sure. so i'll do that aswell. then see how close they are and work out an average between the dial bore / caliper results and plastigage. if the results come back similar i'll just go ahead and put it all together i reckon.

has the block been rebored?

yeah mate it has why? 87mm custom cp pistons its had the full works. rebore, skim, rod clearanced the casing etc.
