can anybody hel identify these cams

baught a year ago under the assumption they were mr cams but not so sure now.any help would be appreciated i understand mr cams have the 0 printed in the end but been told there should be no other numbers.

Thats what i thaught although im getting conflicting answers as apparently there should be no other numbers on then if mr hence why im unsure
