Yeah i tried for redundancy the last time


i had the PVR already written out ready incase i didnt get it, was in the boss's office about a minute after getting the rejection letter with my PVR

stupid thing is, instead of just letting me out like i wanted, they insisted on keeping me in, even tho i was signed off

so they just ended up paying me for the last 6 months for nothing

i have another 3 months before i can transfer because my "return of service" rubbish.
but then only being at marham for work 2 n half months this year isnt so bad.

i know its kinda retarded that they wouldnt let me out, think they were refusing to let me go to try punish me tbh, i wasnt in the managments good books

probably didnt help that the wobbly had a go at me for poor attitude and not caring about the job etc

started ranting and said if i dont want to be here why dont i just go home, and i think you can guess what the reaction to that comment was

Looks like RallySlag should have stayed on...........better to get chucked with a nice little package then plead the PVR I reckon, in your case RallySlag it WAS a little premature indeed!!!.

Still, hell is hell regardless of where it may be, I know how you must have felt.

I got some of my peoples stationed at Tidworth, 2 RTR they seem to love it, It is not a safe job at the moment mind as they are constantly overseas and yup the ops bonus is keeping them happy too!!!
